For items that are in stock, we can usually deliver items to you within 3-5 Working days.
MALLORCA
THE BALEARICS AND SPAIN
Within the Balearics and Spain, we use Recorded Delivery through Correos, Correos Express or a delivery company of your choice.
EUROPE
We work with several different courier companies to offer you the best service depending on your location within Europe. We can deliver to almost all locations within 7 days (sometimes faster if urgent).
INTERNATIONAL
To send things outside of Europe it is advised to use a logistic company. We can arrange this for you or we are happy to work with any company you have an account with. In these cases, we advise you to work with a local agent where you are to deal with the importation and customs as once the items leave Spain we do not have any control over the arrival at the destination.
THE UK
Since Brexit delivery to the Uk has been a little more difficult and expensive but still possible. We also work with some other companies to supply you with items quickly and economically.
Please let us know if you are looking for an item to be sent to the UK.
PACKAGING
We try to reuse as much packaging as possible so some boxes may arrive with different branding. To ensure your items arrive in good condition we pack boxes with paper and if you find ‘pellets’ in there they are all made from corn starch and completely
dissolvable.
In some cases, if you have glass bottles in your order we reuse plastic air pockets that we have received from other suppliers and encourage you to reuse them as well.
GENERAL
All shipping times quoted from courier companies are estimates so we advise allowing as much time as possible for your order to arrive. If you have a leaving deadline please let us know in advance so we can factor this into delivery. We cannot control delays that occur once the items have been sent.
MALLORCA
- Deliveries occur twice a week to marinas and other locations.
- All orders are €40 for packaging and delivery to the boat.
- All small orders incur a €20 delivery fee.
