Why Viveco Yacths?
Single use plastic is used for moments and last for years. The hugely negative impact plastic has had on our environment has been well documented by films and in the news over the last few years. Companies and manufacturers need to make drastic changes to packaging but we as individuals also need to take action now to reduce our consumption and waste. According to the European Comission for the Environment we each produce 6 tonnes of waste every year! Plastic is such a damaging material as it is often full of dangerous chemicals and it cannot be naturally absorbed back into our natural environment - so it exists for ever. By buying less, making better choices in the items that you buy and in the materials that you choose you can have a huge impact on the amount of waste you produce.

Hannah
Viveco.co's founder, Hannah, travelled the world for many years before settling on the beautiful Island of Mallorca. After working on a boat all over the planet and witnessing first hand the deterioration of the oceans she began to research ways to reduce the impact individual can have. Now, while running a family household, she is passionately changing her ways towards a world with less plastic, one step at a time.
