Greenwashing and a wealth of choice means it is difficult to choose eco friendly products. I spend hours (weeks) researching ingredients, brands and products before they make it on the site. For this reason I only stock a small range of Brands
that in addition have been rigorously tried and testedby Crew and given the ‘Yacht’ seal of approval. Learn more here.

Where possible I like to purchase and work with Brands who are going that little further to give back in some way, when we work and live in
such a privileged industry it feels so good to be able to use this to kick start change . Locally we also support and work with local charities in Mallorca Yachting Gives Back and Associasion Ondine. Learn more here.

OUR STORY
After working on Yachts for over eight years, I spent my last season in Costa Rica and the Galapagos. I left Yachting with a sense of urgency about the need to preserve these environments. The move back to land life was hard, the realisation of how much waste we produce as individuals made me reassess the way I lived and how and why I purchased 'things'. I learnt so much about sustainable choices and after a few years realised that going green would add so many benefits to crew and life onboard, and so Viveco was born.
